Female House Cleaning Technician / House Cleaning Helper

Location: Richmond, VA, and surrounding areas
Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time

Shine On LLC is a residential cleaning company looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented person to join our team. We take pride in providing high-quality cleaning services and making our clients' homes feel fresh, clean, and comfortable.

Job Responsibilities

• Clean residential homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust furniture and surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchen surfaces.
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards.
• Work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
• Treat clients' homes and belongings with care and respect.
• Maintain a professional and friendly attitude with clients.

Requirements

• Must be reliable, punctual, responsible, and organized.
• Must have good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
• Must be comfortable working in homes with dogs and other pets.
• Must be able to follow instructions and work independently when needed.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must speak at least one of the following languages: Portuguese, English, or Spanish.

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday.
• Approximately 12–15 houses per week.
• Typically, 3 houses per day.
• Starting time: 7:40 AM.
• Finishing time is usually between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM, depending on the daily schedule and cleaning time.

Compensation

• $40–$50 per house , depending on the size of the home and work performance.
• Payments are made weekly, no later than Saturday evening.
• Consistent work opportunities for the right candidate.

Please note: This position pays per house completed, not by the hour.
