Salary Range:  

• $61,776 – $98,841 (based on experience)
• $33 – $52.80 hourly (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care throughout the endoscopy patient experience, including pre-procedure assessment, procedural support, and post-procedure recovery

• Administer and monitor medications and moderate sedation in accordance with established protocols

• Assess, monitor, and respond to changes in patient condition during and after procedures

• Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient patient flow and positive outcomes

• Educate patients and families regarding procedures, discharge instructions, medications, and follow-up care

• Maintain accurate documentation utilizing EPIC electronic medical records

Requirements

• Active RN License (Maryland or Compact)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS must be obtained within 12 months of employment
• Previous RN experience required
• Experience in Endoscopy, PACU, Same Day Surgery, GI Lab, Critical Care, Emergency Department, Medical-Surgical, or procedural settings preferred
• Strong assessment, patient education, and communication skills
