For more information, visit corporate.carrier.com or follow on Carrier social media at @Carrier.**About this role:**The Quality Manager manages quality assurance processes at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring product conformance and customer satisfaction while leading inspection and quality-engineering teams.**Key Responsibilities:*** Manages product and process quality assurance.* Leads the inspection and quality-engineering team.* Tracks quality KPIs (PPM, FTY) and drives action plans.* Manages customer complaints and root-cause analysis (8D).* Ensures compliance with quality systems and audits.* Champions a quality culture on the floor.**Required Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree.* 5+ years of quality experience, including managing inspection/quality-engineering teams.* Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employer sponsorship is not available for this role.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical or Quality Engineering or a related field.* Strong knowledge of quality systems, core tools and ISO 9001.* Experience owning quality KPIs (PPM, FTY) and driving action plans.* Proven ability to manage customer complaints and root-cause analysis (8D).* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.* Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments.* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually.
