Tax Manager - Hybrid

High Net Worth Tax Manager Location: Glastonbury, CT Salary: $90,000 - $160,000 per year Job Details We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tax preparation and review for our clients, including C-Corps, S-Corps, and High Net Worth Individuals. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of success in tax management, with a deep understanding of ASC-740. Responsibilities Develop and implement tax strategies that align with the overall business objectives of our clients Manage the preparation and review of tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all relevant regulations Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on tax-related matters, including tax planning, compliance, and risk management Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and communicate any relevant updates to clients and colleagues Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field CPA Certified or eligible 3+ years of experience in tax management Experience with High Net Worth Individuals, Ultra High Net Worth preferred Deep understanding of ASC-740 and other relevant tax regulations Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues Proven track record of managing and mentoring a team of tax professionals Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to find innovative solutions to complex tax issues Benefits Engage in impactful projects Collaborate with an industry-leading firm Attractive remuneration Comprehensive benefits Hybrid work model and half-day Fridays all year long Fast-tracked career opportunities Vibrant company events Equal Opportunity Statement Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
