Technical Data Analyst

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring for a Technical Data Analyst to work onsite at their client's facility in Spring, Texas (North Houston).

This person will be responsible for analyzing quality related data for a multiple PC platform products. They will utilize tools, primarily Power BI to understand the data and then take action off of the data, such as engaging with other cross-functional teams to drive improvement of product quality. This person will also be asked to put together reports for Sr. and/or Executive management.

This position will be an on-site role with a typical work schedule of Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm CST (excluding major holidays and client end of year shutdown).

Compensation Range: $38.00/hr - $45.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education.

Skills and Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Analytics role

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study

Strong experience with Power BI and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Experience with PC products (laptops, desktops) and the components that make up a PC

Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) as well as follow up skills Previous experience working for a tech company such as HP, HPE, Dell, Lenovo.
