Location:

- UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute: 124 Home Depot Dr, Franklin, PA 16323

Employment Status: Full Time

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Compensation and Benefits

• Sign-On Bonus: $100,000
• CME Days and Stipend: Included
• Senior Track: Two-year program
• Work-Life Balance: 25 days of PTO plus 7 recognized holidays; PTO increases to 9 weeks in year three.

About the Opportunity

We invite you to consider an exceptional opportunity to practice cardiology in Seneca, Pennsylvania. Our well-established practice currently consists of three cardiologists dedicated to providing top-notch cardiovascular care to the local community.

We are looking for a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our team and contribute significantly to the expansion and enhancement of cardiac services in the area. You will be part of a comprehensive cardiology program that boasts extensive diagnostic and imaging capabilities. Our program is certified in nuclear cardiology, echocardiography, and vascular services, offering advanced procedures such as TEE, stress echocardiography, 3D echocardiography, and cardiac CT.

The diagnostic center is conveniently situated within the hospital, ensuring efficient and coordinated patient care.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical institution
• Completion of an Internal Medicine residency and a Cardiovascular Disease fellowship with a non-invasive focus
• Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
• Ability to secure an unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License and obtain necessary credentials
• DEA certification
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as we prioritize delivering high-quality care in a compassionate and professional setting.

Our facility in Seneca, PA, features 96 private rooms, including 30 that can be converted for semi-private use, accommodating up to 126 beds. We also have a one-story, 28-bed behavioral health building connected to the hospital via an enclosed walkway, along with a nine-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit and a 16-bed transitional care unit nearby.
