Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Summary
Provide therapy via telehealth to Minnesota clients while working within a predictable weekday schedule. You'll focus on assessment, structured sessions, and consistent documentation. Responsibilities

- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic documentation
- Create and maintain treatment plans
- Document progress notes and treatment updates in EMR
- Attend consults and clinical meetings
- Follow risk and escalation procedures
- Active Minnesota license: LICSW, LPCC, or LMFT
- Master's degree in a mental health discipline
- Therapy experience preferred
- Comfortable working fully remote
- 2 weeks PTO
