Our healthcare partner is seeking a compassionate and experienced L&D Recovery Postpartum Registered Nurse to join their traveler float pool, supporting multiple facilities in the beautiful region of Albany, OR. This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse settings, providing exceptional care to mothers and newborns during one of the most important times in their lives.

As a valued member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and well-being of both mothers and their newborns. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing comprehensive care during labor, delivery, and postpartum stages
• Monitoring fetal health and managing labor progression
• Delivering patient education and support to new mothers
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Floating between facilities as needed, with a primary site prioritized for most of the contract

Requirements for this role include:

• Current unencumbered Oregon RN license
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS, AHA ACLS, NRP, and NIHSS certifications
• 2 years of labor experience, including labor management, delivery care, fetal monitoring, and postpartum care
• Epic proficiency
• Ability to travel using personal automobile for work assignments
• Verification of high school diploma or equivalent
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
