Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity calls for two full-time SLPs to deliver dedicated support in a collaborative school setting near Cantonment, FL. Here, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team, including SLPAs, offering both mentorship for those starting their CFY and encouragement to experienced clinicians.
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, client-focused, and passionate about helping students thrive in their educational environment. New graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year are warmly welcomed and will receive robust support.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license for the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure)
- CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong candidates completing their CFY also considered
- Experience or interest in working with pediatric or school-aged students
- Comfortable managing caseloads spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address various communication needs
- Work collaboratively with general and special education teachers, other SLPs, and SLPAs to provide direct and consultative services
- Maintain thorough documentation to support student progress and compliance with school requirements
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and family consultations
