Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity calls for two full-time SLPs to deliver dedicated support in a collaborative school setting near Cantonment, FL. Here, you’ll work alongside a dynamic team, including SLPAs, offering both mentorship for those starting their CFY and encouragement to experienced clinicians.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license for the state of Florida (or eligibility for licensure)
• CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong candidates completing their CFY also considered
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric or school-aged students
• Comfortable managing caseloads spanning kindergarten through 12th grade
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students K-12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address various communication needs
• Work collaboratively with general and special education teachers, other SLPs, and SLPAs to provide direct and consultative services
• Maintain thorough documentation to support student progress and compliance with school requirements
• Actively participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and family consultations
