This position is fully remote, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own workspace. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic interventions via telehealth to individuals, couples, and families facing diverse mental health challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clinical needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide crisis support and interventions to clients in urgent situations, ensuring timely and appropriate resources are mobilized, including collaborating with First Responders as needed.

• Facilitate referral networks, connecting clients with community resources and aftercare services, fostering their ongoing recovery.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local mental health resources and community programs to support clients effectively.

• Actively participate in clinical supervision and team meetings to refine therapeutic practices and share best practices with peers.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at LiveWell, you will engage with a wide array of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to facilitate therapy for families and couples navigating complex dynamics, helping them build healthier interactions and fostering lasting emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
\n
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or therapy settings.
\n
• Strong clinical judgment with the capacity to handle challenging emotional landscapes.

• Proficient knowledge of various mental health disorders, especially regarding adolescents and co-occurring conditions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic telehealth environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
