Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level pediatric intensive care in a Level II Trauma unit.
• Perform IV starts, blood draws, and TPT placements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and care.
• Adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions and document accurately in Meditech / CPN EMR.
• Work well under pressure and in a teaching hospital environment.
