Quick Facts: Location: Duluth, MN Start Date: 07/17/2026 Duration: Ongoing Shift: Day shifts (8, 10, 12 hours), Weekend shifts (12 or 16 hours) Hours/week: 40-48+ hours/week (schedule varies) Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: MN RN Anesthetist License, BLS/ACLS, Certified by NBCRNA Experience: Preference for experienced CRNAs with relevant anesthesia practice Pay & Benefits: Pay package: $245 - $310/hour (orientation rate up to 60%) Benefits include: Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical insurance (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with laws Licensure, certification, and travel reimbursements where applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do: Provide medically directed anesthesia care across diverse surgical settings Manage 1-2 longer cases or multiple shorter cases daily Perform anesthesia in operating rooms, cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT as needed Ensure safe, effective patient management and monitoring Support patient care across all age groups in a Level 1 trauma center Collaborate with anesthesiologists and medical staff to deliver high-quality care Assist with pre-operative assessments and post-operative management Maintain detailed, accurate medical documentation What You Need: Valid MN RN Anesthetist license, or eligibility to obtain Certified by the NBCRNA (or eligible) Current BLS/ACLS certification 1+ years of anesthesia experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and within a team About the Assignment: This position is situated at a busy Level 1 trauma center with a recently opened facility, offering a dynamic environment with diverse patient cases. The CRNA will work alongside anesthesiologists in a collegial, medically directed team, serving all age groups across multiple hospital locations in Duluth, MN. The schedule allows for flexibility, with options for extended shifts and weekends, promoting an excellent work-life balance.
