Learn to evaluate team performance and productivity, providing coaching and development to enhance skills. Manage parts inventory, oversee purchasing, and maintain stock levels to support seamless operations. Ensure store safety, proper equipment maintenance, and compliance with company standards. Maintain a clean, professional store appearance that reflects our brand. Conduct thorough inspections and adhere to Brakes Plus’ operational standards and procedures. Complete the comprehensive Manager in Training Guide to build leadership expertise. Additional Information Competitive Compensation: Earn $65,000–$85,000 annually, paid weekly.
