Pay Rate: $20.20 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including entrances, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and high-traffic guest areas, while helping to identify unusual activity and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and guest activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or disruptive behavior within entertainment, dining, and retail-facing areas.
• Support closing and opening procedures, crowd management, and special event activity by following post orders and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or facility concerns that could affect daily operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A current CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
