As an Entry-Level Business Solutions Consultant , you'll work directly with small business owners throughout Long Island, helping them identify subscription-based business solutions that support their day-to-day operations. If you're motivated, coachable, and enjoy working with people, we'll provide the training and mentorship to help you build a successful career.

No prior B2B sales experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000–$50,000 annually
• Additional Compensation: Uncapped commissions and performance-based bonuses
• Expected On-Target Earnings (OTE): Approximately $65,000–$75,000 annually , depending on individual performance. Actual earnings may vary.

What You'll Do

• Meet with small business owners throughout Long Island to discuss subscription-based business solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with business clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow your portfolio of accounts.
• Guide clients through the sales process from consultation through account enrollment.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while representing JP Impact Group professionally.
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, communication, and business development.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, coachable attitude with a desire to learn.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Comfortable meeting with business owners in person.
• Reliable transportation for local travel throughout Long Island.
• Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
