FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized professional to manage the full cycle of accounting activities for a dynamic organization. In this role, you will help maintain accurate financial records, support timely reporting, and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities Handle day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Record financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Generate financial reports and summaries to support business decision-making. Maintain organized and accurate documentation for audits and internal reviews. Assist with payroll-related accounting tasks as needed. Monitor cash flow and support invoice processing and payment follow-up. Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders regarding accounting matters. Identify discrepancies and resolve issues with attention to detail and accuracy. Prepare sales tax reports and manage sales tax payments for the company. Qualifications Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar financial support role. Strong understanding of accounting principles and full-cycle bookkeeping processes. Experience with general ledger reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end close procedures. Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and discretion. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting small to mid-sized businesses. Knowledge of payroll, sales tax, or other compliance-related accounting tasks.
