This consultant is expected to provide a high level of value add with regard to the Enterprise User Administration system in the following areas: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Ability to understand, provide logical and analytical evaluation, configure and maintain the Enterprise User Administration CA Product based on its current use in the environment; Ability to understand and evaluate the current infrastructure, hardware and network configurations supporting the Enterprise User Administration CA Product; Ability to understand, evaluate, and provide recommended guidance and recommendations regarding system performance, as a result of system logs, indexing, cache settings, etc; Develop domain-specific strategies, blueprints and roadmaps based on the business goals and objectives; Ability to provide written and verbal communications regarding recommendations, issues, defects, and remediation; Ability to speak to the customer when needed, to provided information, and status; Written communication skills in order to provide documentation necessary for sustaining and maintaining the accuracy of the application repository; Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and accurate use and terminology; Understanding of change management principles and practices, including requirement gathering, testing, development, unit testing and user acceptance testing; Ability to understand and evaluate application health and reporting statistics. Tools for use vary; Maintaining asset information for all hardware and software components installed; Monitoring and managing hardware and software capabilities; Ensuring that the construction of architecture components (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, technical architecture) in EUA projects aligns with architecture blueprints and reference architectures; Supporting and championing efforts with cross-functional knowledge (e.g., strategy, change management, business process management); Coordinating all domain-level conceptual architecture components (e.g., data architecture, application architecture, technical architecture); Working with solution architects to direct EUA projects to understand enterprise-level architecture strategy, technology stack and identifying future direction, gaps and roadmaps.

This consultant requires Design and define system architecture for CA Identity Minder, Experience with LDAP, CA IDM experience, CA Governance Minder experience, Familiar with all CA connectors (RACF, LDAP, AD, Oracle...), Refined trouble shooting skills, Determine systems specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility and maintenance of system security, Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system. Identify, analyze, and resolve program support deficiencies, Develop and recommend corrective actions. Provide technical guidance for database administrators and software developers, Serve as organization spokesperson on advanced project and program, Act as advisor to management and customers on advanced technical research studies for the application; Requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Physics, Engineering or related degree plus 7 years of experience in the position offered or as a System Administrator/Analyst, Security Analyst, Consultant or Engineer. 9 years' experience with no degree may also be accepted. Must have demonstrated experience with UNIX, Windows, Oracle, SQL, LDAP; experience designing, implementing and administering BMC Control-SA suite of products knowledge of the CA IDM product sweet; experience with System Monitoring tools; experience with operating system security on different flavors of UNIX; experience with system administration on Windows and Unix platforms.

Deliverables for the Solutions Engineer Sr. position includes: Provide clear and actionable solutions for issues presented by the customer, Maintained active relationships with customers to determine business requirements, Maintains architecture/network drawings, Maintains asset information for all hardware and software components installed, Monitors and manage hardware and software capacities for the project, Documents hardware and software configurations and ensures adherence to configuration management standards and processes. Consultant must pass a CMS Security Clearance (Public Trust) in order to start work and have internet capability.
