Job Description The Hospital Supervisor coordinates the general operation of the Department of Nursing and provides administrative coverage for Providence Portland Medical Center and those departments operating on a 24‑hour basis when senior administrative personnel are not present. Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire. 1 year of Charge Nurse or leadership experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
