Fashion Ecommerce & Wholesale Sales Specialist

Ecommerce Specialist Responsibilities Website maintenance, uploading/removing/revisions (FashionGo/Faire/Magento) Manage inhouse e-commerce photoshoots on a weekly basis Coordinate with Sales and Production teams on updates and status changes of styles/inventory Provide support to the company’s sales team with product knowledge and technical support as needed Coordinate marketing tactics to reach existing and new customers (direct mail, web page layout, advertisements, etc.) Desired Skills and Experience Experience with FashionGo, Magento, and N41 Understanding of apparel markets/trends and interest in today’s fashion Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail Basic Photoshop capabilities At least 1–2 years of experience in ecommerce Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Sales Representative Responsibilities Build client relationships, secure new orders from new customers, maintain and expand business with existing client base Process and follow up with POs with buyers Assist in preparation and organization of meetings Attend and travel for out‑of‑state meetings and tradeshows (must be eligible to travel) Communicate and respond to customer phone calls and emails in a timely manner Communicate with the Production, Sales, and Shipping departments to better serve customers as needed Desired Skills and Experience Experience with FashionGo, Magento, and N41 Understanding of apparel markets/trends and interest in today’s fashion Strong technical skills with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail At least 1–2 years of experience in previous wholesale clothing sales role Possesses strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr KOREA RADIO INC
