HireNow Snapshot The CDL-A Driver will safely transport dedicated dry freight throughout Arizona, Utah, and portions of Southern California while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company safety standards. Drivers will unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate , averaging approximately three loads per week while providing dependable, on-time service.Transportation Operations

• Safely transport dedicated dry freight across assigned regional routes.
• Operate commercial vehicles in compliance with all DOT regulations.
• Perform thorough pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and transportation documentation.
• Practice defensive driving techniques while maintaining an exceptional safety record.
• Communicate professionally with dispatch regarding delivery schedules and route updates.
• Represent the company with professionalism during customer interactions.

Freight Responsibilities

• Deliver dedicated dry freight.
• Unload full truckloads using a roto cart and lift gate.
• Average approximately three loads per week .
• Maintain cargo integrity throughout transportation.
• Operate top-of-the-line sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions.
• Pull modern 53-foot trailers.

• Annual Earnings: Up to $78,000
• Competitive CPM Pay
• $220 Per Load Pay

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

• Stable employment history.
• U.S.-based citizens only. No exceptions.
• Must currently reside within 75 miles of Phoenix, Arizona , or be willing to relocate before employment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous dedicated fleet experience.
• Dry freight transportation experience.
• Experience operating automatic transmission sleeper tractors.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining productivity.
• Dependable attendance and professional work ethic.
• Experience using lift gates and roto carts during deliveries.
