Location: Plano, TX 75074 Schedule : Day and Night Shift Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Position Overview XL Pro Staffing and Consulting is seeking dependable Assembly Associates to join a manufacturing team in Plano, TX. This position is responsible for assembling components and finished products while maintaining quality, safety, and production standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Assemble components and finished products by following work instructions, blueprints, and production standards. Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect parts during the assembly process to ensure products meet quality standards. Maintain production goals while following all safety and quality procedures. Report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns to the supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area by following 5S and housekeeping standards. Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment as needed. Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management. Requirements Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred. Ability to read and follow written work instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to the required weight for the position.
