Renewyx have partnered with a well-established commercial general contractor in San Diego to find a hands‑on Superintendent ready to lead complex projects from the ground up. This is a company with a strong pipeline of commercial work across the San Diego market — and they need someone who can take full ownership on site and drive projects across the finish line. You'll oversee day‑to‑day site operations on commercial construction projects, managing subcontractors, coordinating inspections, enforcing safety standards, and keeping schedules tight. You'll be the boots‑on‑the‑ground leader the project team relies on. Qualifications 5+ years as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors across concurrent scopes Strong working knowledge of scheduling tools (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar) OSHA 30 certification or equivalent site safety credentials Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong benefits package Steady pipeline of work with a respected local contractor #J-18808-Ljbffr Renewyx
