PROGRAM: Department of Special Education
POSITION (S): Board Certified Behavior Analyst
REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or higher from accredited program
NJ Permanent Certificate BCBA
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Conducts Functional Behavioral Assessments
-Develops individualized behavior plans (goals, objectives and interventions)
-Develop social skills groups and interventions (goals and objectives)
-Trains school personnel on all intervention plans
-Assists the educational staff in implementing behavioral programming; both individual and classroom
-Review data on all intervention plans and write progress notes
-Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel, as needed
-Participates in in-service programs and presents in-service programs as assigned
-Conducts social skills groups and individual lessons as needed
-Other duties as assigned by the District Superintendent or Director of Special Education as the Superintendent's designee
SALARY/STIPEND: As Per Contract
