Our modern dental practice in Irvine is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator . You will bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and patient commitment by presenting treatment plans clearly, handling financial arrangements, and managing the schedule for optimal practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Presentation : Explain complex clinical treatment plans in clear, everyday language to patients.
- Financial Management : Verify insurance benefits, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and present flexible payment options.
- Patient Advocacy : Overcome patient objections, address anxieties, and build strong trust to increase case acceptance.
- Strategic Scheduling : Coordinate appointments to maximize daily doctor production and minimize gaps.
- Proactive Follow-Up : Maintain meticulous records and reach out to patients with outstanding, unscheduled treatment.
- Dental Knowledge : Deep understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance coding.
- Software Proficiency : Experience with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix , Eaglesoft ).
- Communication : Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and negotiation skills.
- Professionalism : Polished demeanor suitable for a premier Orange County practice.
