You will bridge the gap between clinical recommendations and patient commitment by presenting treatment plans clearly, handling financial arrangements, and managing the schedule for optimal practice growth.
Key Responsibilities

• Case Presentation : Explain complex clinical treatment plans in clear, everyday language to patients.
• Financial Management : Verify insurance benefits, calculate out-of-pocket costs, and present flexible payment options.
• Patient Advocacy : Overcome patient objections, address anxieties, and build strong trust to increase case acceptance.
• Strategic Scheduling : Coordinate appointments to maximize daily doctor production and minimize gaps.
• Proactive Follow-Up : Maintain meticulous records and reach out to patients with outstanding, unscheduled treatment.

Skills & Qualifications
