Residential Addiction Counselor - Crisis & Recovery

Horizon Health Services in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Residential Counselor for a 68-bed facility providing stabilization and medically supervised detox. You will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual and group counseling to adults in crisis. You will participate in weekly supervision, coordinate with other providers and families, and maintain records to meet regulatory standards.
