Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Working directly with customers to ensure work efforts meet facilities operation requirements; 2) Applying technical principles, directives, and methods of facilities management to maintain facilities and facility equipment in good working order; 3) Evaluating service requirements and demands to determine funding for facilities and equipment using cost estimates and cost analysis techniques; and 4) Identifying, prioritizing, and initiating projects to be placed on Maintenance Action Plans (MAPs) and Maintenance Execution Plans (MEPs) and Long Range Maintenance Plan (LRMP) for assigned facilities and programs.
