Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide patient-centered care by assessing physical conditions, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, relieve pain, and restore function. Key Responsibilities Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and medical histories to develop individualized treatment plans Design and implement therapy programs to improve strength, mobility, and overall physical function Educate patients and families on exercises, lifestyle adjustments, and injury prevention strategies Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Document patient progress, maintain accurate medical records, and adjust treatment plans as needed Use specialized equipment and techniques to aid rehabilitation and recovery Stay updated on best practices and advancements in physical therapy Required Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans Preferred Qualifications (if any) Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree Experience working in hospital, outpatient, or rehabilitation settings Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems Certifications (if any) CPR/First Aid Certification Specialized certifications in areas such as Orthopedic, Neurological, or Sports Physical Therapy (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr Compunnel, Inc.
