Hybrid Case Manager - Housing Recovery & Rehousing

The Workforce Group is seeking a hybrid Case Manager for the Georgia Housing Recovery & Rehousing Program in Griffin, Georgia. In this important role, candidates will assist individuals and families affected by disasters with intake, eligibility verification, and housing placement. Requirements include an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in social services, strong communication and organizational skills, and prior experience in case management or disaster response.
