We’re seeking an experienced I&E Designer III to lead complex projects, streamline design processes, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions. What You’ll Bring to the Table: Extensive experience in design and drafting management for electrical and instrumentation projects Proven ability to develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrument diagrams (P&IDs), equipment layouts, and facility plot plans Expertise in assigning electrical equipment, instrument tagging, conduit, and cable numbering Strong problem-solving skills to resolve drawing development issues and implement changes to record drawings Experience in preparing material lists, data sheets, and coordinating material take-offs and requisitions Skilled in developing and maintaining project scopes, work estimates, and schedules Effective communication skills for attending project meetings, coordinating with vendors, and liaising with project teams and contractors Willingness to travel to project sites by air or automobile as required Nice to Have Skills: Familiarity with industry standards and company STDs Experience with standard drawing development and project documentation procedures Knowledge of specifications, procedures, and tools that reduce costs and improve efficiency Ability to guide and mentor junior team members and enhance departmental tools and methods Preferred Education and Experience: Senior-level experience in instrumentation & electrical design within industrial, plant, or pipeline facilities Relevant engineering or technical degree preferred; equivalent professional experience also highly valued Other Requirements: Must be willing and able to travel for project site visits Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bergaila Companies
