Angelina College is seeking a Registered Nurse Care Manager to join our Value Based Care Management team in Irving, TX. The role involves coordinating chronic cardiovascular care through telephonic management and patient education. Ideal candidates will have an associate's degree in nursing, strong clinical and communication skills, and must be licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Texas.
