Key Responsibilities\n

• Render evidence-based mental health treatment and counseling across various modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions via telehealth.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and mental health evaluations to create tailored treatment plans for each client.

• Facilitate interactive therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet the evolving needs of patients in real-time.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions, assessments, and treatment progress in accordance with Federal and State regulations and company policies.

• Actively participate in clinical training and team meetings to contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery and patient care.

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients, including adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work and possession of an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license in Washington State.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in mental health counseling, particularly with diverse populations.

• Proficient in using telehealth technologies; previous experience in remote work for at least 1 year is highly preferred.

• Availability of required technology including a reliable computer, webcam, and internet connection.

• Ability to maintain a private, quiet environment suitable for conducting therapy sessions.
