Physical Therapist - Full Time

Physical Therapist Opportunity

We're looking for a physical therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You'll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they're recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, master's, or doctoral degree in physical therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Wisconsin state license required prior to start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience treating adults with movement dysfunction, post-operative patients, and fall-risk populations in an acute care or skilled nursing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform evaluations, write progress notes, document discharges, and manage insurance communications.
• Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams, patients, families, and payors by phone and written documentation.
• Willingness to assist with ancillary duties including treatment area upkeep and related tasks.
