Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Infusion Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:30 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 2 years in an Infusion Center License: State RN License Certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC) Must-Have: 2 years of Infusion Center experience Ability to administer chemotherapy Experience with accessing and managing ports Description: This position involves providing care to patients receiving infusion therapies. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs and developing care plans. The role includes administering medications and managing intravenous therapies. The nurse will monitor patients for side effects and manage any complications. Experience with outpatient oncology and intravenous hydration is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Candidates must be able to float to other units as required. All applicants must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Prior travel nursing experience within the last 12 months is preferred. Applicants should be prepared to discuss their previous employment history in detail.
