Responsibilities 3 Medical is a 27-bed general medical unit which provides safe, high quality care to a medical population with a focus on the renal patients. Discharge planning and ensuring continuity of care across the care continuum Care Transformed. Blended Care team - This care team model provides partners in care with RNs, LPNs, patient care assistants and care concierges. Qualifications Requirements NC RN License or Multistate RN License required.
At least 1 year recent acute care experience required.
