Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure for practice as an SLP in Hawaii
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in providing speech-language services within a K-12 school population
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Strong commitment to evidence-based practices and individualized care

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students across elementary, middle, and high schools
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on student IEPs and specific educational needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state regulations
• Offer support, resources, and education to families and school staff regarding students’ speech-language development
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
