We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Selma.

Work Hours : 7 AM - 5 PM (with 1-hour lunch)

Pay Range: Base Salary of $75k yearly + Department Performance Bonuses

Position Summary: The Construction Project Manager is responsible for managing projects from kickoff to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at or above target profitability while providing an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and maintain project schedules and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors
• Monitor budgets, track costs, and protect project profitability
• Handle billing, purchase orders, and change orders
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients and maintain strong communication
• Conduct job site visits and ensure quality, safety, and code compliance
• Lead and support field teams to meet productivity and performance goals
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and reports

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
• 2+ years of project management experience in construction or plumbing
• Experience managing projects from kickoff through closeout
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
• Proficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., ServiceTitan, Smartsheet, Procore, or similar)
• Strong understanding of construction documents, including blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Texas Plumbing License or ability to obtain it
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of construction plumbing processes, codes, and techniques
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
