This position is available Full-Time in Miami-Dade County, FL

Nursing South Corporation is looking to provide LPN Home Healthcare services to families in need of assistance for their loved ones. Serving the ENTIRE Miami-Dade County.

THE PAY RANGES FOR LPNS ARE: $52,000.00 - $58,200.00 ANNUALLY ($25 - $28 an hour)

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Insulin Patients.
Wound Care.
IV.
Medication management and teachings.
Accurately and thoroughly document patient care observations.
Provide skilled services within the scope of practice authorized by the license issued by the state for a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Record all clinical and progress notes and enter them into the patient's permanent record files.
All LPN duties related to home health care.

Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be assigned other related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Requirements

Proficient in English and Spanish
Valid LPN license in the state of Florida
Level 2 Background Check with AHCA
Professional Liability Insurance
Valid Driver's License
Proof of Citizenship
Social Security Card
CPR/BLS Certification
Reliable transportation
Car Registration and Car Insurance if the vehicle is owned.
