The Opportunity

We are looking for motivated, coachable individuals to join our team as Financial Protection Specialists.

In this role, you will connect with prospective clients, identify their financial protection needs, and help them explore appropriate life insurance solutions.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to develop professionally, and is comfortable being rewarded based on performance.

No previous insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, and ongoing development are provided.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through phone, video, and digital communication

• Work with leads and develop new client relationships

• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and goals

• Educate clients on life insurance and financial protection options

• Present solutions based on each client's individual situation

• Assist clients throughout the application process

• Maintain accurate client and follow up information

• Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training

• Work toward individual production and performance goals

• Develop skills in sales, communication, leadership, and business development

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• College students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals are welcome to apply

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, business development, or financial services is helpful but not required

• Ability to obtain the appropriate state life insurance license

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States

• Reliable internet, computer, and phone access

Training & Development

New team members receive training covering:

• Sales and communication

• Client needs analysis

• Client relationship management

• Compliance and ethical sales practices

• Leadership and professional development

Compensation

Commission based / performance based compensation

There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Earnings vary based on individual production and performance.

This structure provides individuals with the ability to directly influence their income based on their results.

Licensing

This position involves the sale of life insurance products. Individuals must obtain the appropriate state insurance license before conducting insurance business.

Candidates who are not currently licensed may be provided guidance on the licensing process.
