Salary: $115,000 - $125,000 per year A bit about us: We are a design-forward custom residential architecture and planning studio specializing in luxury homes throughout the Mountain West. Our work is highly site-specific and deeply considered, blending architectural vision with construction intelligence. Our team integrates architecture, interiors, engineering coordination, and visualization into a streamlined process that allows clients to fully understand their homes long before construction begins. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a custom residential environment, is fluent in Revit, and brings strong structural awareness to their design work. You will play a key role in developing and delivering complex custom homes, coordinating closely with structural engineers, consultants, and builders throughout the design process. Key Responsibilities Lead and contribute to projects through Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents Develop and maintain high-quality Revit models and drawing sets Coordinate architectural intent with structural, civil, and MEP consultants Apply strong structural understanding to inform layout, spans, systems, and constructability Collaborate closely with builders to ensure designs are practical, efficient, and buildable Participate in client presentations and design discussions Maintain a high level of technical accuracy and attention to detail Strong Fits May Include Registered Architects (RA / NCARB) with custom residential experience Senior Architectural Designers with deep technical capability and Revit mastery Designers who enjoy thinking through structure, not just aesthetics Candidates coming from: High-end residential firms, Design-build environments, Boutique architecture studios with complex custom work Local candidates in Missoula are strongly preferred, but relocation is considered for exceptional candidates who are aligned with the lifestyle and long-term opportunity.
