Wiring Technician - 1st Shift

Wiring Technician Garland, TX

A manufacturer in Garland that builds power distribution equipment for AI data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities is hiring Wiring Technicians for its day shift team.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with consistent MondayFriday hours and potential for permanent employment. The facility is clean, temperature-controlled, and newly built.

Pay: $20.00/hour, paid weekly

Wiring Technician Job Duties

• Wire and assemble control panels, switchgear, switchboards, and ATS units using diagrams and schematics
• Wire electronic components, including PLCs
• Inspect and test completed assemblies
• Use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment (provided)

Schedule

• MondayFriday
• 6:30 AM 3:00 PM
• Overtime may be available based on production needs.

Wiring Technician Requirements

• At least 6 months of electrical assembly, wiring, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and point-to-point diagrams
• Control panel, switchboard, or panelboard experience preferred
• Able to stand for a full shift and lift up to 45 lbs
