Senior Paralegal About the Opportunity An exploration-stage critical minerals company is seeking a highly experienced Senior Paralegal to support land acquisition, title research, contract management, and legal operations tied to mineral exploration activities in Central Georgia. This is a high-impact, relationship-driven role supporting exploration and operational activities for large-scale domestic mineral projects. The position works closely with executive leadership, landowners, contractors, and field teams to ensure transactions and operations are legally compliant, organized, and efficiently executed. Key Responsibilities Assist with negotiating mineral leases, purchase options, easements, and surface use agreements with private and corporate landowners Conduct courthouse and field-based title research to verify ownership, mineral rights, and encumbrances Draft and review legal documents including deeds, memoranda of lease, easements, NDAs, MSAs, and contractor agreements Support contractor and vendor management, including insurance and compliance documentation Maintain organized project tracking, legal records, and land databases Coordinate with operational and data teams to monitor project milestones and deliverables Communicate progress, risks, and updates clearly with leadership and stakeholders Qualifications 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Paralegal. Experience in mining, energy, aggregates, oil & gas, real estate, or land-related industries preferred Strong understanding of land law, title review, deeds, leases, and curative processes Experience negotiating land agreements and managing sensitive landowner relationships Ability to travel locally to project sites and county courthouses Strong organizational, communication, and contract management skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience and credentials Opportunity to work on strategically important domestic critical minerals projects Collaborative and entrepreneurial environment with direct exposure to leadership Additional Information Full-time, on-site role in Central Georgia Background check, driving record review, and drug screening required Equal Opportunity Employer Synectics
