Nox Metals in Ferndale, MI is hiring a People Operations Generalist to run day-to-day People Ops at our Ferndale facility. You own the employee experience from offers to offboarding—payroll, onboarding, records, benefits, and safety support. You’ll be visible on the factory floor, processing payroll and welcoming new hires while upholding sensitive information. As we open new plants, each site will have its own Generalist; you’ll help set the standard and collaborate with managers to resolve #J-18808-Ljbffr Nox Metals
