Fabricator / Mig Welder
Pay Range: $20.00*based on experience.
1st Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm with overtime as needed.

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Fabricator /Mig Welder in Kentwood, Michigan.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in reading and interpreting production drawings and specifications
Ability to perform quality checks independently during fabrication
Skilled in measuring and transferring drawings into production units
Experience welding aluminum and steel with consistency to meet customer standards
Familiarity with operating metal fabricating equipment such as shears, saws, power/hand brakes, rollers, and welders
Strong safety and housekeeping habits
Mig welding and fabricating experience

Nice to Have Skills:

Ability to train others in fabrication techniques
Welding certification or testing experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

Relevant experience in Mig welding and metal fabrication
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus

Other Requirements:

Valid driver’s license
Commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement
Willingness to perform welding tests prior to hiring
Ability to work 1st shift hours (7:00am-4:00pm) with overtime as needed
This position is initially temporary with potential for full-time hire
