Job Title: Solutions Coordinator — Sales Development

The Role:
We're hiring a Solutions Coordinator to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for a Senior Sales Consultant. You'll prospect into target accounts and partner ecosystems, qualify interest into accepted opportunities, and carry early-stage deals through Zoho CRM to handoff.

What You'll Do:

• Prospect via phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner-led outreach into target accounts and named verticals
• Run call blocks, email sequences, and social cadences with tight conversion tracking
• Qualify inbound/outbound interest into accepted opportunities using TAP's ideal-customer profile
• Analyze accounts and spot automation opportunities inside manual, spreadsheet-driven processes
• Document same-day in Zoho CRM — notes, qualification detail, next steps
• Activate and maintain partner relationships (ADP, isolved, Paylocity, Paycor)

Must-Have Requirements:

• US citizenship
• Must currently reside in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex — no relocation offered
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SaaS, iPaaS, technology , or channel-development sales
• Strong, disciplined prospecting across phone, email, LinkedIn, and partner follow-up
• Hands-on CRM/sequencing experience — Zoho CRM, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator preferred

Preferred (Strong Plus):

• Experience in HCM, payroll, POS, ERP, or CRM ecosystems
• Background selling through partner programs — ADP, isolved, Paylocity, Paycor, or similar
• A consultative instinct for identifying integration opportunities
• Genuine appetite for coaching and KPI-driven accountability
