ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience- Restoration Construction Required
Computer literacy required
2+ years of Xactimate experience required
IICRC certifications preferred
Restoration, Mitigation, Reconstruction, and Remediation experience all preferred
Demonstrating sound knowledge of fire, water, and flood restoration
Can work from home and get projects done in a timely manner
