Director Of Nursing

DON Registered Nurse - Care Center is seeking a qualified Director of Nursing to join a reputable hospital in Georgia. In this role, you will oversee the overall management, planning, organization, and development of the Care Center. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while fostering excellence in patient care and improving departmental efficiency. Schedule: Days Pay: $89,977 -$105,083

Key Responsibilities:

Strong competency in regulatory compliance and financial management, along with a strategic approach to overcoming challenges.
Creative problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to think outside the box for effective solutions.
Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively articulate our mission and goals.

Key Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing Requires
Unencumbered Georgia Registered Nurse License
Proven direct leadership experience specifically in Nursing Homes
5 to 7 years of leadership experience in Long Term Care preferred
BLS & CPR certifications required
