Senior Manager, Global Medical Oncology, Medical Communications Hematology

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Manager to lead medical communications strategy and execution for global oncology assets. The role oversees publication planning, scientific content development, data dissemination, and stakeholder engagement across internal and external partners in a matrix environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategically aligned medical publications, scientific content, and congress presentations
- Ensure governance approval of medical communications plans and maintain alignment with scientific landscape
- Serve as subject matter expert on data dissemination, publication standards, and HCP communication preferences
- Foster collaborative relationships with academic experts, publishers, and medical associations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to assess and allocate resources for timely delivery of communications
Requirements
- Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) preferred
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience focused on medical communications
- Experience in both local and global markets
- Demonstrated strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage complex timelines and ambiguous environments
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
