Clinic-based Primary Care Triage Nurse | Patient Advocate
Northwestern Medicine
Northwestern Memorial is seeking a Triage Nurse to deliver clinically expert triage services within a physician practice. You will triage calls, document in the EMR, and coordinate patient visits, while educating patients and staff and supporting clinical operations. The role requires an Illinois RN license, 3+ years’ hospital or outpatient experience, and CPR certification. BSN and Spanish language skills are preferred. Workdays are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, in clinic settings. #J-18808-Ljbffr Northwestern Medicine
