Area Manager - Parking Operations

Area Manager Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 (commensurate with experience) plus incentive bonus potential. Work Modality: On Location. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday. Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. Applications will be accepted until job is closed. Ideal Experience Responsible for multiple locations across the assigned portfolio, overseeing all aspects of operations including shuttle fleet management, self‑parking, and valet services. Prior parking industry experience with a hospitality focus is highly desirable. Progressive management experience with multi‑team front‑line oversight. Experience with scheduling and payroll is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is helpful but not required. Skills and Abilities 3‑5 years of proven leadership in hospitality and/or parking industries. Outstanding operational and financial acumen, able to coach and develop leaders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, building lasting relationships. View challenges as opportunities and ready to "charge the hill" to lead teams to new heights. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Proficient with revenue control equipment, payroll systems, and Microsoft Office suite. Support supervisors and managers with customer service issues and day‑to‑day operational needs. Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships and attend client meetings. Review management reports and client statements on a consolidated basis to ensure actual financial results meet corporate and client budgeted expectations. Analyze performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs; work with senior managers or corporate office to maximize performance. Coordinate with regional teams and corporate to prepare annual budgets ensuring revenue generation, staffing, and operating expense plans. Perform other tasks as assigned by company management.
