Ability to troubleshoot network issues and implement effective solutions, including experience with packet capture tools like Wireshark. Experience in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios) and network performance optimization. Knowledge of network security best practices and the ability to implement security measures, including ACLs, NAC, and zero‑trust segmentation principles. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and vendors.
